We talk a lot about body image, but do we really know what it is? It’s a tough question because a lot of us might have been “sitting in the suck” for so long that it’s hard not to have a negative bias about body image when we look at ourselves in the mirror.
Simply put, “sitting in the suck” sucks. So what can we do about it?
